Using this website
The information here is general and may change. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or unlawful content through our forms.
Our services
The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in a written proposal, invoice or agreement. Where that document differs from this website, the document applies.
No guarantees
We work toward your goals but cannot guarantee specific results such as follower counts, views, leads, sales or search rankings. These depend on many factors, including platform changes outside our control.
Use of AI
We may use AI tools to speed up production, for example for ideas, visuals, voiceovers and captions. Our team reviews and approves every final deliverable, and we will tell you which tools we plan to use on your project.
Your content and approvals
You confirm that you have the rights to any material you give us and that it complies with the law and platform rules. We will share work for your approval before publishing, as agreed in your proposal.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables passes to you once payment is complete, unless your agreement says otherwise. We may show completed work in our portfolio only with your permission.
Fees and payment
Fees and payment schedules are as stated in your proposal or invoice.
Third-party platforms
Instagram, Facebook and other platforms set their own rules and can change them or restrict accounts. We are not responsible for decisions or outages on those platforms.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your project.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any service is limited to the fees you paid for that service.
